1 Introduction & Eligibility

By accessing or using the Betin platform (betin.blog), you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Betin. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Betin, the following requirements must be met:

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration will be used during KYC verification. Any discrepancies may result in withdrawals being placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 KYC Verification Process

As a responsible platform, Betin verifies the identity of all members. To complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you must submit one of the following government-issued IDs:

• Passport
• Driving License

A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months may also be required for address verification. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 require completed KYC verification. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawals.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported on Betin:

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 and the monthly limit is BDT 500,000.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 30 times. You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for the Weekly Reload Bonus is 15x. Winnings from Free Spin bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement.

• Only bets on eligible games will count toward wagering while a bonus is active.
• Progressive jackpot games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 5 times the bonus amount.
• Betin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing Sports Betting on Betin:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cashout option is available.
• Live odds may change before an event begins; the odds at the time the final bet is placed will apply.
• Betin reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bets linked to evidence of match fixing or corruption will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

In live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connection issue, it will be considered void and a refund will be issued.

7 Account Security & Password

Keeping your Betin account secure is your responsibility. Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with anyone.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared computers.
• Always log out after each session.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. Betin will never ask for your password via email or chat.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betin platform and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with players or officials to predetermine game outcomes.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.

Betin reserves the right to investigate any breach of these rules and take legal action where necessary.
